Where it started
Vanessa started Signs of Power back in 2014 out of a love for lettering and the craft of signwriting.
Her style combines traditional sign painting with a more contemporary, bold and graphic approach. She is particularly drawn to typography that feels expressive, full of personality and colour.
Over the years, she has worked on projects ranging from hand-painted shopfront signs to large-scale murals, always with the same goal, to create work that is meticulously crafted, impactful and gets people talking.
Alongside Signs of Power, Vanessa co-runs Eirlume Studio where she create bespoke stained glass and mosaic pieces with her husband, Charlie.
